A project manager is appointed to each project. He is responsible for the project from functional design to after care and he is also the contact person for our clients.
The project manager is responsible for the complete project. He/she controls the planning and makes an optimal use of all project resources (including external resources, if applicable). The use of one contact person will provide the most efficient way of communication to save time and money. This level of management is essential to ensure that coordination and communication problems do not become a hindrance to the project execution.
